What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead impactful municipal, and k-12 projecs. Your role will involve:
- Leading implementation activities for large-scale programs, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Managing a portfolio of assignments as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on delivering projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
- Directing or developing critical client deliverables, including reports, presentations, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinating project staff and external partners, including architects, builders, and consultants.
- Mentoring and developing team members to foster growth and expertise.
- Overseeing budgets, schedules, contract administration, and quality control.
- Engaging in business development by cultivating client relationships and expanding B&D’s impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, real estate management, urban planning, finance, or a related field. At least five years of experience managing multiple projects in these sectors.
- Leadership & Strategy: Strong team leadership skills with the ability to work independently and think critically.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong understanding of real estate, finance, and accounting principles.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, group facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Project Execution: Experience in program/construction management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
- Passion & Adaptability: A commitment to client satisfaction, ethical business practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role's target base annual salary range is currently $100,000-125,0000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and pay relative to other team members.
