We’re looking for a Project Manager based in or near Sebastopol, CA to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position requiring 40% in-person presence at client sites—mainly schools and municipal projects in the area. We’re seeking someone who brings strategic insight, strong client instincts, and the ability to drive high-impact initiatives forward.

What You'll Do:

You’ll serve as the central point of leadership and coordination for K-12 and city-related capital projects. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning and execution of multi-million-dollar construction programs

• Advising public sector clients as a trusted, strategic partner

• Managing internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders

• Overseeing budgets, schedules, quality control, and project risk

• Developing clear, compelling project deliverables—from progress reports to strategic plans

• Playing a role in mentoring team members and contributing to thought leadership in the industry

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years managing complex K-12 or community college capital projects ($25M+).

• Experience in school-based capital programs is required.

• DSA experience is preferred.

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred.

• Strong grasp of construction and program management practices.

• Strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Able to be on-site 2-3 days per week in Sebastopol and nearby location

This role's target base annual salary range is currently $110,000-140,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and pay relative to other team members.
